How to order prints and when to expect to receive them:

All Prints (except for the ones in the "People" gallery) can be ordered by clicking on the images you see during the slide show. If the slide show you are viewing is moving too fast for you, you can always pause it and navigate through the images manually or you can always go back in case an image you were interested in just passed by. Select the print size you are interested in from the pop-up menu provided and click on the "Add to Cart" button, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your order. This is a secure site and your information will not be shared with anyone. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time you place your order until you receive it unless otherwise specified. All shippings are done through UPS directly from the printing lab (WHCC) to the address you have specified during the ordering process. Paypal is the only payment method accepted for your purchases.

Where I print the images:

All the orders you place are sent to WHCC (White House Custom Colour) lab which is one of the elite printing labs in the country. Each image is printed on Kodak Professional Supra Endura VC Digital Paper in luster finish. This paper has brilliant sharpness and image quality. All prints 12"x18" and smaller are printed on WHCC's Noritsu printers. Prints larger than 12"x18" will be printed on one of WHCC's Durst Theta 76 printers. The final results are truly eye-popping and they have the archival life of over 100 years in typical home display.

Return/Refund policy:

Customer satisfaction is the number 1 priority to me and I will do my best to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and one of its container you received it in, attach them to an email and send to returns@nightpixels.com. In the body of the email, include your order number, a brief description of the reason for return, and specify whether you are looking for a refund or a replacemnet. Only Returns within 15 days of receit of the item(s) will be eligible for return/refund. If you decide to go with the refund option, since I send the images to WHCC to have them printed, the cost of the printing + shipping and handling that they charge me will not be refunded to you, however 20% discount will be awarded to you on your next purchase instead. If you decide to go with the replacement option, simply return the damaged item and you will receive a replacement without being charged the cost of the printing or shipping and handling that I pay WHCC for.

Additional info:

The images you see on this website do not do justice to what they look like in large prints. The web version of these images are all at low resolution which is what you see, however the final prints will be at much higher resolution with much better sharpness. All print size options that are listed under each image are carefully picked to make sure that they produce outstanding qualities in print with virtually no cropping done between what you see and what you will receive in print. The only minor cropping that is done, is for the 11"x14" print sizes. The price you see on each page for an image is for the smallest print size available for that particular image. The larger the print size, the higher the price will get as shown in front of each print size under the "Print Size" pop-up menu. No framing is done by me prior to shipping the prints and all the prints will be borderless. The "NightPixels.com" watermark in the bottom of the images that you currently see will be removed from the print that you will receive. All prices are listed in US Dollars and no shipping will be done outside the United States at this time. Images displayed under "People" gallery are not for sale. They are only there to show some of the photos-shoots I have done in the past.
